Kathy, I am glad you are home and on the mend. It sounds as if the insurance is going to come through which is always a concern. I hope you are able to take the time to fully recover. Sometimes things take longer than we expect.
Not much is happening in my life that is very interesting. In spite of that somehow I keep busy and find things to do. I sent off another batch of the World War II letters to be digitized. Still more to do, but I can see the progress. I continue to enjoy the get togethers my Write Your Life Story class is having. There is another one coming up on Friday.
Jim celebrated his birthday this past week and our daughter and a few grandchildren all went out for dinner. For six months he's older than I am. It's always fun to spend time with our family. Our son and his wife came from Portland on Saturday for lunch. Again, another good visit.
Ginny also has a birthday this month. I sent her a letter and a card, and told her we miss her. Teresa and Kathy, haven't you been on the thread since Ginny first started it? Do you know how many years it has been? I know I've been on the thread since 2003 or 2004, I can't remember the exact date. So much has happened during that time...
The weather has been HOT and uncomfortable. I am really glad we have AC, but it doesn't quite keep up with my "happy" temperature. I always seem to get more tired when it's hot.
Hope all is well with you...thinking of you, take care, Judy
